Travel Planning and Activity Resource for Buffalo & Niagara Falls

On June 1, 2009, the U.S. government will implement the full requirements of the land and sea phase of WHTI. The proposed rules require most U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports of entry to have a passport, passport card, or other travel document approved by the Department of Homeland Security.Many of the tours require a U.S. Passport or Passport Card, if you plan to enter into Canada you will be required to have a US Passport Book or US Passport Card. The US Passport Card provides a more economical option but it does have limitations. See the following links to U.S. Department of State for both options.
